A Face Lift For Lincoln

A portion of the cash LINCOLN makes will go towards dealerships selling the all new LINCOLN MKS. Over the next couple years LINCOLN will receive a fresh new look.
Under the restructuring plan, standalone LINCOLN dealers in urban markets will have to spend $1 million in upgrades. Combined Ford and LINCOLN dealers will have to divvy up a cool $1.9 million for these renovations.
According to the American auto maker, remodels must be completed within a two-year timeframe. LINCOLN expects to introduce seven new "or significantly refreshed models within three years." So, the dealers must be ready to accommodate. LINCOLN's goal is to increase sales to "162,000 units by 2015," up from their current figure of 86,000. LINCOLN says their dealers and models will be "100%" different in every area.1
