A Face Lift For Lincoln

A portion of the cash LINCOLN makes will go towards dealerships selling the all new LINCOLN MKS. Over the next couple years LINCOLN will receive a fresh new look.

 

Under the restructuring plan, standalone LINCOLN dealers in urban markets will have to spend $1 million in upgrades. Combined Ford and LINCOLN dealers will have to divvy up a cool $1.9 million for these renovations.

 

According to the American auto maker, remodels must be completed within a two-year timeframe. LINCOLN expects to introduce seven new "or significantly refreshed models within three years." So, the dealers must be ready to accommodate…

2012 Ford Focus Named IIHS Top Safety Pick

In revamping the new Focus, Ford paid particularly close attention to fuel economy, design, individuality, connectivity and,  last but not least - safety. As it turns out, the American automaker succeeded in making one of only six cars named a Top Safety Pick by the Insurance Institute for Highway Safety (IIHS), within the small car category.
